Pressure ulcers are skin lesions that develop when prolonged pressure is applied to the skin, particularly where bones are exposed to the surface. The prolonged pressure causes poor blood circulation, resulting in hypoxia and tissue hypotrophy. Necrosis, along with ulcers and infection, occurs. This condition can lead to a wide variety of complications, such as sepsis, osteomyelitis, and fistulas.

Memory foam seat cushion (VisMemo Memory Foam)

The pressure-relieving seat cushion is made of VisMemo memory foam. The foam responds to pressure and body heat, distributing pressure evenly across the body, preventing the effects of uncomfortable pressure points.
