Does your arch almost completely flatten when you stand? With flat feet, your feet, knees and back often have to work harder. The right insole gives your arch support again.
What are flat feet?
With flat feet the arch is low or absent, so almost your entire sole touches the ground. This can be congenital or develop through overload, weight or weaker foot muscles.
What can help?
- Low-arch insoles, such as the Spenco Ground Control Low Arch
- Stabilising insoles like the Mysole Stabilizer and the Spenco Total Support range
- Walking insoles for long distances, such as the Orthomove Outdoor Walking
How to choose
New to insoles? Start with a low arch so your foot can get used to it gradually. Want maximum support for sport or long days? Choose a firm insole like the Total Support Max.
