Right to Withdraw

You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically receives the product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Body Support EU – Gouwe Sport, Coenecoop 83B – 85A, 2741 PH Waddinxveen, Netherlands, Email: info@bodysupport.eu) by means of a clear statement (for example by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this agreement.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this agreement, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard shipping costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your withdrawal notification.

We will use the same payment method for this reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return the goods without undue delay, and in any event no later than fourteen days after the day on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw from this agreement.

The direct costs of returning the goods are your responsibility.
