Hereinafter referred to as: “Body Support EU”.
2. Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made through the Body Support EU webshop.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to these general terms and conditions.
3. Product Information
The products offered through the webshop are described as completely and accurately as possible.
Images, specifications, and product descriptions are indicative and cannot give rise to compensation or dissolution of the agreement.
4. Formation of the Agreement
The presentation of products in the webshop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
By placing an order via the order button, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the selected products.
The agreement is concluded as soon as Body Support EU has confirmed the order by email.
5. Prices
All prices in the webshop include VAT and exclude shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the ordering process.
6. Payment
Payment can be made via the payment methods offered in the webshop, such as iDEAL, PayPal, credit card, Klarna, or other payment methods.
Body Support EU reserves the right to refuse certain payment methods or offer them only under conditions.
7. Delivery
Delivery takes place at the address provided by the customer during ordering.
The stated delivery times are indicative.
8. Retention of Title
All delivered products remain the property of Body Support EU until full payment has been received.
9. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw their order within 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
The conditions for withdrawal are included on the “Right of Withdrawal” page.
10. Warranty and Complaints
All products are subject to the statutory warranty rights.
Complaints about products or services can be reported via info@bodysupport.eu.
11. Liability
Body Support EU is not liable for indirect damage, unless there is intent or gross negligence.
12. Force Majeure
In case of force majeure, Body Support EU is not obliged to fulfill its obligations.
13. Applicable Law
All agreements are governed by Dutch law, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
14. Final Provisions
If any provision of these general terms and conditions is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain fully in effect.
