Hereinafter referred to as “Body Support EU”.
2. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements made through the webshops of Body Support EU, including bodysupport.eu, lichaamsondersteuning.nl and korperunterstutzung.de.
By placing an order, you accept these terms and conditions.
3. Product information
We describe our products as completely and accurately as possible. Minor deviations in images, such as colour differences, do not entitle you to compensation or termination of the agreement.
4. Formation of the agreement
The presentation of products in the webshop is not a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. By placing an order, you make a binding offer. The agreement is formed as soon as we confirm your order by email.
5. Prices
All prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are clearly shown during checkout, before you pay.
6. Payment
You can pay with the payment methods shown at checkout, such as credit card, Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Available methods may vary by country.
7. Delivery
We deliver to the address you provide with your order. Delivery times stated are indicative.
8. Retention of title
Delivered products remain the property of Body Support EU until payment has been received in full.
9. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from their order within 30 days of receipt without giving any reason. The statutory period is 14 days, we voluntarily extend it to 30 days. You can read all conditions on the right of withdrawal page.
10. Warranty and complaints
Statutory warranty rights apply to all products. You can report complaints by email at info@bodysupport.eu or by phone at +31 85 060 7854. We respond within 2 working days.
11. Liability
Body Support EU is not liable for indirect damage, unless there is intent or gross negligence. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
12. Force majeure
In the event of force majeure, Body Support EU is released from its obligations.
13. Applicable law
Dutch law applies, excluding the Vienna Sales Convention (CISG). As a consumer, you retain the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
14. Final provisions
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain fully in force.
