How can I place an order?

Ordering in our webshop is easy, safe, and fast. Follow the steps below to place your order. Need help? Feel free to contact our customer service, we are happy to assist you.

  1. Add the desired item to the shopping cart by clicking 'Add to cart'.
  2. Click 'Checkout' to go to the shopping cart.
  3. Check that the correct items and quantities are in your shopping cart.
  4. Then carefully fill in your details.
  5. Choose the desired shipping method and payment method.
  6. Complete your order by finishing the payment.

After placing your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email.


How long does it take before I receive my order?

Orders placed on business days are usually shipped the same day or the next business day. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code to track your package. Delivery times may vary by country and carrier.

Can I track my order?

Yes. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code by email. This allows you to easily track where your package is and when it will be delivered.


Can I change or cancel my order?

Have you just placed an order and want to change or cancel it? Please contact our customer service as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped, unfortunately it can no longer be changed.


How can I return an item?

We have a return portal where you can easily register your return.

Here you enter the order number (SHOP-L-xxxx) and your postal code to look up your order. Then you can register the return shipment and start the return process.


Do I have to pay for the return?

For customers in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany, returns are free.

For other European countries, we ask for a small contribution to the return costs.


Can I exchange an item?

We do not process exchanges directly. Instead, we ask you to return the item and then place a new order.

This ensures you receive the right size or product faster and helps us process the return efficiently.


How long does it take for my return to be processed?

Once we have received your return shipment, it will be processed within 48 hours.

After processing, the amount will be refunded via the same payment method you used.
