Shipping

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to almost all of Western Europe. During checkout, you will automatically see if shipping to your country is possible and which shipping options are available.

If your country is not listed or you are unsure whether we can ship to your country, please feel free to contact us, and we will be happy to explore the options with you.

How long does it take before I receive my order?

The delivery time depends on the country to which the order is shipped:

  • Netherlands: ordered before 11:59 PM, delivered tomorrow
  • Belgium: ordered before 8:00 PM, delivered tomorrow
  • Germany: 2–3 business days
  • Other countries in Europe: 3–5 business days

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a track & trace from us, so you can easily follow your package. 📦

Returns

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return your order within 30 days of receipt. The product must be unused and, if possible, returned in the original packaging.

How can I return an item?

You can easily register your return through our return portal.

Here you enter your order number (SHOP-L-xxxx) and the postal code of the order to look up your order and register the return shipment. You will then receive further instructions for the return.

Do I have to pay for the return?

For the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany, returns are free via our return portal.

For other European countries, we ask for a small contribution to the return costs. The exact costs will be shown when you register your return in the return portal.

How long does it take for my return to be processed?

As soon as we receive your return shipment, we will process it within 1–2 business days.

The purchase amount will then be refunded via the same payment method you used to pay.

Can I exchange an item?

We do not process exchanges directly through our returns department. Instead, we handle returns as a refund.

This ensures that our returns processing is faster and more efficient. Would you like to receive a different size, color, or variant? We recommend placing a new order directly in our webshop. This way, you often get the right item faster.

As soon as we have received and processed your return, the purchase amount will be automatically refunded via the same payment method you used to pay.

What if my product is damaged or delivered incorrectly?

Of course, that is not the intention. In that case, please contact us as soon as possible and, if possible, include a photo. We will then provide an appropriate solution.
