Underpronation – support for an outward-tilting foot

Do you mainly walk on the outer edges of your feet? Then it is likely that you have underpronation, also called supination. In this foot position, the foot does not roll inward enough while walking or running. As a result, the shock absorption is less effective and extra pressure is placed on the ankle, knee, and hip.

Underpronation can lead to complaints such as pain on the outer side of the foot, ankle instability, or overstrain of the lower leg. With the right support, you help your foot to better distribute the pressure and improve the natural rolling motion. Think of cushioning insoles, corrective arch supports, or stabilizing braces that provide extra control and comfort during movement.

We believe that a good foot position is the foundation for pain-free movement. That is why we have a carefully selected range of products specially aimed at support for underpronation – from subtle correction to extra shock absorption for sports and daily use.
