Is your order not as expected? No problem. Exchanges and returns are easy. After receiving your order, you have 14 days to register a return or exchange.

Returns are only possible if the product is unused and in the original packaging is present.

Is returning free?

Returns are free for customers in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany.

For orders from other countries, returns are not free. Return costs are at your own expense.

How can I exchange or return my products?

Returning is easy and quick to arrange via our return portal (at the top of the page).

Enter your order number and postal code to start the return process.

You can find the order number in the order confirmation email and on the packing slip (for example: SHOP-L-1000, SHOP-L-xxxx).
