Costs
Returns from the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany are free. From other countries, return costs are at your own expense. You'll see the exact amount in advance in the return portal.
How it works
- Register your return in the return portal at the top of this page, with your order number (for example SHOP-L-1000) and postcode.
- Pack the product well and send it to the return address below.
- Within 1 to 2 working days of receipt, we process your return and refund the amount via your original payment method.

Need a different size or colour? Return the product and place a new order. That's the fastest way to get the right item.
