We do everything we can to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible. On this page, you will find all information about our shipping methods, delivery times, shipping costs, pickup options, and what happens after you place an order.
When will my order be shipped and delivered?
Orders are processed immediately on business days. During checkout, you can choose which shipping service will deliver your order.
We work with DHL, PostNL, DPD, and TrunkRS. Depending on the country, chosen shipping method, and any additional services, a small surcharge may apply. The exact shipping costs and expected delivery time are always clearly displayed during checkout.
Expected delivery times
Netherlands
- Order before 23:59, delivered tomorrow
- Order before 10:00 via TrunkRS: delivered the same evening between 17:00 and 22:00
Belgium
- Order before 20:00, delivered tomorrow
Germany
- 1-3 business days
Other European countries
- 2-5 business days
Note: the stated delivery times are indicative. In exceptional cases, delays may occur with the carrier.
Shipping costs
We charge fair and competitively priced shipping fees. The exact costs depend on the country, chosen carrier, and shipping method.
Many online stores advertise “free shipping,” but in practice, these costs are often included in the product prices. We consciously choose to keep this transparent. This way, our products remain competitively priced, and you don’t unknowingly pay for hidden shipping costs.
During checkout, you will always see in advance which shipping options are available and their costs, so there are no surprises.

During checkout, depending on your country and address, you can choose from various carriers:
- PostNL
- DHL
- DPD
- TrunkRS (evening delivery in the Netherlands)
This way, you can select the shipping method that best suits your needs.
What happens after I place my order?
As soon as you place your order, we start working on it immediately. Your order is checked, processed, and prepared for shipment. Once your package is packed and handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation with track & trace.
This allows you to easily track your order and see exactly when your package is on its way. You will always stay informed about the status of your delivery.
Why we don’t offer free shipping
We believe in a fair and transparent pricing structure. Instead of hiding shipping costs in higher product prices, we show them separately during checkout.

Track & trace
After shipping, you will automatically receive an email with your track & trace code. This allows you to track your package from the moment it leaves our warehouse.
