Product description
The Bauerfeind RhizoLoc is a thumb brace that stabilises and relieves the thumb while you can still grip normally. With skier's thumb, other injuries to the thumb joints, osteoarthritis or after surgery, the RhizoLoc gives the thumb the rest it needs to recover.
An individually mouldable aluminium stay splints the thumb at the level of the saddle and base joints, so the ligaments can heal optimally. A special hook-and-loop tab lets you set how much the thumb is allowed to move: tight or a little looser, depending on your recovery.
Thanks to the narrow strap and small guide ring, your wrist remains free to move. The breathable material with integrated pores is comfortable to wear, even for longer periods.
Material
polyurethane (PUR) 39%, polyamide (PA) 36%, aluminium (AlMg3) 14%, polyether 7%, polyester (PES) 3%, polyoxymethylene (POM) 1%
Suitable for
- Skier's thumb / injury to the thumb ligaments
- Sprained or bruised thumb
- Osteoarthritis of the thumb
- After thumb surgery
