Product description
The Bauerfeind LumboTrain is a back support that relieves and stabilises the lower back during movement. For acute and chronic lower back complaints, a combination of support and strengthening the trunk muscles helps many people, and that is exactly what the LumboTrain is made for.

The support fits snugly against the lower back and encourages you to naturally stand more upright, which relieves the lumbar vertebrae. The lumbar pad with various massage nubs works together with the compression knit on the trigger points: this releases tension, promotes circulation and activates the back muscles.

The LumboTrain is available in a straight and a waisted version, so there is a good fit for every body shape. It lies flat against the body and, thanks to its anatomical shape, stays securely in place.
