The Barbelts Onyx knee sleeves are made of 7mm thick premium neoprene and are 30 centimeters long, the maximum permitted competition length. These knee sleeves are designed to reduce the risk of injury and maximize performance.

The tube-like design, together with the 7mm thickness of the neoprene, provides maximum support during heavy squats.

Sizing instructions

Measure the circumference of your knee over the kneecap with your leg straight. Make sure the measuring tape fits snugly. If you're unsure about the size, choose the smaller size. Unless your calf circumference (measured relaxed, approximately 10 cm below the knee) is 3 cm larger than your knee circumference.
