Reh4Clinic (Car) Lumbar Cushion / Back Cushion
The Reh4Clinic lumbar cushion ensures that you sit comfortably and in an ergonomic manner. The back cushion, made in Europe by Reh4Clinic, is among the best in its class. Sitting with a lumbar cushion in your lower back helps you maintain a better posture. The ergonomic sitting position prevents back pain and makes sitting more comfortable.
From the fields of physiotherapy and ergonomics, the lumbar cushion is a widely used tool to prevent and combat back pain. The cushion provides optimal support to the spine by filling the empty space between your back and the chair. This forces you to sit in the correct posture and not with a slumped, rounded back. The cushion is excellent for use in the car, office chair, and dining chair.
When do you use a lumbar cushion?
Back complaints often arise from poor sitting posture, where it is very common that the lumbar curve (lumbar lordosis) is greatly reduced and shifts into a rounded posture with a sagging lower back. This incorrect position causes the rear part of the intervertebral disc to be improperly loaded, leading to back complaints. This lumbar cushion mirrors the shape of the lumbar spine and thus prevents the wrong posture and related complaints.
