The Spenco RX Orthotic Arch Support insole is orthopedically designed and widely recommended by foot specialists across Europe to combat fallen arches. The insole is especially suitable for daily use in smart/casual shoes where there is slightly less space compared to sneakers and sports shoes. The firm orthopedic arch support corrects the foot position and prevents the feet from collapsing. The green top layer has excellent shock-absorbing properties and ensures the sole feels comfortable.
Ideal for: plantar fasciitis, overpronation, fallen arches, and painful foot arches.
