The Spenco RX Orthotic Arch Support three-quarter insole is a podiatrist-developed insole for treating flat feet and plantar fasciitis. The orthotic arch support is completely rigid and prevents flat feet from collapsing. In addition to rigid arch support, the insole has a soft, shock-absorbing Spencore material top layer for excellent comfort.
The three-quarter version is very suitable for use in shoes where there is little room at the toes for a full arch support.

Ideal for: plantar fasciitis, overpronation and fallen arches.
